Your order is confirmed when you receive a confirmation email from Anaara. This email means your purchase has been successfully received and is being processed. If you have not received it shortly after checkout, please check your spam or junk folder.

Address changes may be requested within 24 hours of placing your order, provided the order has not yet been processed or shipped. After that time, we cannot guarantee that changes can be made.

Please contact us as soon as possible at contact@anaaraofficial.com with your order number and corrected address, and we will do our best to assist. For security reasons, we cannot guarantee address changes after an order has been confirmed or dispatched.

We currently offer international shipping only for custom orders. Standard ready-to-ship items are available for delivery within Canada only. Please note that all duties, customs fees, brokerage charges, and import taxes on international orders are the responsibility of the customer.

Standard shipping within Canada takes 3–7 business days once your order has been processed. Please allow additional time for order processing, weekends, holidays, or peak periods. For custom orders and any international shipments, delivery times may vary depending on the destination and production timeline.
