At Anaara, we currently ship within Canada only for standard online orders. Each order is packed with care to help ensure your jewellery arrives safely and beautifully.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Processing times may be longer during sales periods, holidays, or for custom-made pieces.

Standard Shipping

We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders over $120 CAD.

  • Delivery time: 3–7 business days

  • Available on Canadian orders only

  • The free shipping offer applies automatically when the order subtotal meets the minimum threshold before taxes and after discounts, if applicable

Express Shipping

Express shipping is available for customers who need faster delivery.

  • Express shipping is available at an additional cost

  • Shipping rates will be shown at checkout, where applicable

  • Delivery times depend on the destination and courier service selected

International Shipping

International shipping is available only on custom orders.

  • Regular ready-to-ship orders are not eligible for international delivery

  • International shipping charges will be quoted where applicable

  • All duties, customs fees, brokerage charges, and import taxes are the responsibility of the customer

  • These charges are set by the destination country and are not controlled by Anaara
