Refund policy

At Anaara, we take great care in the craftsmanship, quality, and presentation of our fine jewellery. Due to the delicate, high-value, and personal nature of our products, all returns and refunds are subject to the conditions set out below.

Return Eligibility

Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be returned in their original, unworn, unused, and unaltered condition, with all original packaging, tags, certificates, documentation, and any accompanying materials included.

Anaara reserves the right to inspect all returned merchandise and to refuse any return that does not meet the conditions of this policy.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, all earrings are final sale and are not eligible for return or refund. In addition, any item that has been worn, damaged, altered, resized, engraved, customized, or otherwise modified after delivery is not eligible for return unless Anaara determines otherwise in writing.

Custom, made-to-order, and personalized items may also be considered final sale and are not eligible for return or refund unless expressly stated at the time of purchase.

Return Authorization

All returns must be approved in advance. To initiate a return, please contact our team at anaaraofficial@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Return requests submitted without prior authorization may be refused.

Refunds

If a return is approved and the item is received and inspected in acceptable condition, a refund will be issued to the original payment method only. Refund processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.

Shipping Costs

Original shipping charges are non-refundable, except where the return is due to an error on our part, including receipt of an incorrect or defective item. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless Anaara has confirmed in writing that the return is due to our error.

Risk of Return Shipment

We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method when returning any item. Anaara is not responsible for items lost, damaged, or delayed in return transit. Risk of loss remains with the customer until the item is received by Anaara.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so that we may review the issue and provide instructions.

Final Determination

Anaara reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine whether a returned item satisfies the requirements of this policy and whether a refund is approved.
